Estoy empezando a cuidar mis pies atendiendo a las señales que ellos mismos me mandan. No tengo unos pies "convencionales" y cuando he acudido a algún podólogo, sus tratamientos se han ceñido a protocolos que a mi no me funcionan. Uso los espaciadores para evitar que mis juanetes vayan a más y se acaben montando unos dedos sobre otros.
